If you request removal, yes the cost will be included in the quote, based on the metreage involved
Moving furniture is charged as an extra; however antiques, valuables, computers & TV’s, china and ornaments must be moved by the owner.
At least 7 days, however during colder/wetter periods may require longer. A scratch test maybe required just prior, this will ascertain the condition of paint adhesion.
Yes, however we decline overlocking carpet if it has become too stiff and brittle, too soiled, or the size limits are too large for our machine to handle.
You can walk on it straightaway, although don’t shift furniture/appliances onto it for 24 hours. Be careful how you move them, as some furniture/appliance feet or wheels are sharp and may cut the vinyl. Vinyl is especially vulnerable before the adhesive has cured.
If it is a wet stain, blot it with a towel (or something similar) to soak up moisture, then pour a little water over the stain, and blot again until all moisture has been lifted from the carpet. If it isn’t wet (e.g food) scrape it off the carpet with a spoon or knife, then pour a little water over the stain, and blot as above. For best results, it is best to deal to stains immediately after they occur. For further information see our Maintenance section.
